Dear shareholders, partners, and community members,
July was another productive month for NexGold as we continued advancing our two cornerstone projects while strengthening relationships with local communities and maintaining engagement with investors. During the month, the Company reported ongoing progress at the Goldboro Gold Project, including the advancement of engineering, procurement and construction planning activities. Community engagement remained a priority through the Goldboro Community Appreciation Event, while management promoted NexGold’s growth strategy through investor outreach. Across the Company, technical teams advanced feasibility work, exploration programs and project optimization activities in support of key development milestones.
Project Progress
At the Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia, NexGold continued to advance key development activities as work progresses toward completion of an updated Feasibility Study. Engineering and procurement activities progressed, with evaluations of early works packages, construction planning, and mine planning advancing throughout the month. The Company also expanded its Reverse Circulation infill drill program from 30,000 metres to 40,000 metres, reflecting confidence in ongoing geological modelling and resource optimization efforts.
At the Goliath Gold Complex in Ontario, technical teams advanced engineering studies supporting the ongoing internal Scoping Study. Work during the month included optimization of the mine plan, tailings storage facility evaluations, environmental baseline studies, and steady progress on the Zone 4 infill drilling program. These activities support the long-term development strategy for the project while refining future engineering and economic studies.
