June 2025 Newsletter

From the Team at NexGold Mining Corp.

Dear shareholders, partners and community members,

June has been a month of meaningful milestones and strong momentum across our projects, both in Nova Scotia and Ontario. From advancing permitting at Goldboro to engaging with communities near the Goliath Gold Complex, we’ve continued to build a solid foundation for NexGold’s future as a multi-asset gold producer.

A major highlight came with the announcement that the Government of Nova Scotia has issued a Notice of Completion on the Industrial Approval for the Goldboro Gold Project. This represents a significant regulatory milestone and demonstrates continued progress toward construction readiness at one of Atlantic Canada’s most advanced gold development projects.

We also completed the 25,000-metre infill drilling program at Goldboro, reporting additional high-grade results throughout the month, including 3.58 g/t gold over 18.3 metres and 103.50 g/t gold over 0.7 metres. These results will support an updated Mineral Resource and Feasibility Study later this year.

At the Goliath Gold Complex, our team embarked on a successful multi-day road show across northwestern Ontario, meeting with local communities and stakeholders. These sessions focused on listening, sharing project updates and deepening long-term relationships that are vital to responsible development.

We were proud to celebrate the achievements of our VP Sustainability, Deidre Puddister, who received the Mining Society of Nova Scotia Medal for outstanding contributions to the province’s mining industry. The award was presented by representatives of the Assembly of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq Chiefs in recognition of Deidre’s leadership in Indigenous engagement, permitting and environmental stewardship.

We also participated in the 2025 Career Fair in Millbrook First Nation, connecting with young professionals and students to share opportunities within NexGold and Canada’s modern mining industry. And finally, we had a fantastic weekend volunteering at the Dryden Walleye Masters, one of the region’s most celebrated community events. We’re proud to support initiatives that bring people together and build community spirit.

Thank you to our employees, communities and investors for your continued support as we responsibly advance our projects.

As always, we welcome your questions and feedback. Please contact us at ir@nexgold.com.

Warm regards,

The NexGold Team
